Refund policy
We want you to love every piece you order from CONSTANTIN FRANCIUC. If something is not right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Please include your order number and the reason for the return inside the parcel.
- For hygiene reasons, sealed accessories cannot be returned once opened.
How to start a return
Email service@dravencore.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In that case we will cover the cost and arrange a prepaid label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, the quickest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Subject to availability, we can also arrange an exchange on request.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is fulfilled. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, the return process above applies. To cancel, email service@dravencore.shop as soon as possible with your order number.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of the European Union, including your right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of delivery.
