Shipping policy

Orders placed with CONSTANTIN FRANCIUC are prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times and costs

Shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the method you select. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $75. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Tracking

When your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Duties and taxes

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Depending on your destination, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict these charges and cannot reimburse them.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact service@dravencore.shop and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot redirect parcels once they are in transit, and additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address.
